WEEK 6

Monday We started the preparation for Tuesdays meeting by setting the slides in order and planning on what to talk about and if we had any questions to the counterpart that need answering. We also started to work on the flyer for the machines and the whole project.

Tuesday we had a meeting in the afternoon with our counterpart so we spent the morning preparing for this meeting. We wrote down a summary on the meeting and started to pick all the things we need to focus on and the problems that rose during the meeting.

Wednesday we started to think about solutions to the issues and points that rose on yesterdays meeting and talking amongst ourselves.

These were:

- Virtual game or not, rollers or not?

- Need to be specific on what ENEL could win if partnered in this project

- New light poles or no? Arte the new ones cost effective on the long run?

- Bluetooth only works while exercising and loosening the connection after you stop using

- Prototype needs to be built

- Establishing a detailed pricing system

- consider discount on Property and Urban Land Tax or not

- Decrease the numbers of poles for a 100W bicycle not to be in the red, because we have to consider it or worse case

- Devices that machines will have a charger and how to protect the rain

- Improve advertising

Thursday we kept working on the physical prototype as he had worked on it this week already and because in our current situation it is a one man job the rest of us worked on thinking about ideas regarding the games and other issues that rose this week. We spitballed ideas about in which ways we could motivate people more on top of the financial stuff.

Friday we tried to come up with best ideas for the virtual games that would be integrated in the app. We also tried figuring out what would be the best lure to get ENEL to work with this project.
